What happens to your file, step by step

Nothing here is a preset. Your track is opened, listened to end to end, and treated for what it actually does wrong — which is never quite the same thing twice.

• Listen and note. We go through the track once before touching anything, and write down what breaks the illusion: a sibilant that spits, a chorus that collapses, a bass note that disappears on a phone.
• Repair before balance. Artifact reduction comes first. Correcting tone on top of digital grit only makes the grit louder.
• Humanization. Micro-timing, dynamic range and tonal movement are treated so the performance breathes instead of sitting flat across the bar.

If you only have an MP3, send it anyway and say so: we will tell you honestly whether it is worth treating or whether re-exporting is the better move. What Suno mastering will not do

This is the part most services leave out, so here it is plainly. Mastering does not rewrite an arrangement, retune a melody or replace a vocal take. If the generation produced a structural problem — a section that does not resolve, a hook buried in the arrangement — the honest answer is to regenerate that part in Suno and send the new export. We will say so rather than sell you a master that cannot fix it.

And no mastering, human or automated, produces an audience. We make the record sound finished. What happens after release depends on the song, the artwork, the plan and a hundred things none of us control.
